ClassGraphic This is a great self-paced swimming course for adults who want to improve and maintain their swimming skills or jump-start a fitness program. It provides an opportunity for swimmers to develop efficiency, conditioning, endurance, and speed through lap swimming. The course is designed for adults who enjoy swimming in an organized, relaxed, and fun atmosphere. Coaches are available to provide guidance, fitness-oriented workouts tailored to individual abilities, and feedback on stroke technique. Minimum Requirement: Participants must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle with rhythmic breathing.

Please read:  Advance registration is required. Only non-cotton swim attire may be worn. All students must agree to the Release of Liability at the time of registration. Showers and locker rooms will be available during class hours only. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related conditions. This course is subject to cancellation at any time due to low enrollment or college events and activities.
