Notice
Please read:
DO NOT come to campus if you have signs or symptoms of COVID-19. Students are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to bring their own helmet and gloves. If you bring your own helmet it must be DOT approved - ¾ or full. We provide helmets if you need one for the range classes.
A parent or guardian with valid ID must accompany a minor (15 ½ - 17 years old) to first range class to complete paperwork. No exceptions! Your CMSP Motorcycle Training Course will require you to DOWNLOAD AND READ the Student Handbook from the link provided in the confirmation email. You DO NOT NEED TO PRINT nor bring your eBook with you to class. If you should have any questions please contact the MJC Community Lifelong Learning office at (209) 575-6063.
On the days you ride you will need to wear heavy jeans, long sleeve shirt that covers the wrists, eye protection (can be eye glasses or visor in helmet), full finger leather gloves, and heavy boots that cover the ankle (hiking, riding or work boots). If you have any questions, these items will also be covered in your first classroom session. Go to www.mjc.edu/commed and click on the Motorcycle Training link for general information and maps. Class is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment.
