In this Secretary of State approved class, you will learn how to perform valuable services by certifying or witnessing signatures on official documents. Notary skills are valuable in almost any industry: real estate, legal, medical and banking to name just a few. This livestream class gives you the knowledge to pass the exam and practice as an effective Notary. Participants receive 2 practice tests and will take the official Notary exam directly following the class. After becoming a Notary, train to become a Loan Signing Agent and make $75 to $200 per signing. You’ll be a part of a rewarding and lasting career.

Please read:  The lecture will be a livestream seminar and the exam will be taken in-person on July 28. Notary Public Seminars will send lecture information via email several days before the class begins. Register in advance as walk-ins will not be accepted. Arrive early on day of exam. Due to State regulations, no one will be admitted to the classroom after 4 PM. You must come prepared with the following items required to take the exam: 1) Proof of Completion for educational requirements (provided at the end of the livestream seminar); 2) Proper ID, which may be one of the following: Current Driver’s License or State-Issued ID Card, Canadian or Mexican Driver’s License, U.S. Passport or a passport issued by a foreign government or U.S. Military ID Card; 3) $40 check or money order for exam made payable to Secretary of State; 4) 2” x 2” color passport photo; and 5) Two #2 pencils. Since 2021, the notary exam has become more demanding. You will receive valuable studying materials in advance to assure that you’re as prepared as possible. The materials fee covers Seminar Guidebook, SOS handbook, Proof of Completion and notary application. The Proof of Completion is valid for two years for first time notaries. Must be at least 18 years of age. LiveScan fingerprints are required to become a notary. Serious convictions may disqualify applicants. Class is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and at any time based on COVID-19 restrictions.
