Teens and young adults are caught by surprise when they first move out on their own. Have fun while learning how to create and manage a budget, pay housing and living expense and save for emergencies. Learn about rental agreements, leases, mortgages and what insurance you will need. Teens will learn about the importance of maintaining a good credit score, how to avoid pitfalls such as high interest loans, penalties hidden in contracts, and ways to avoid college debt. The risks can be high, and poor choices may hurt financial stability for years! Wise financial decisions early in life can lead to financial stability and a bright future.
