« back to classes page
Students who have developed their beginning and intermediate robotics and coding skills can register to continue to the grand finale of our STEM Robotics camps. The Lego Great Ball Challenge gives students the opportunity to work with a partner over 2-weeks to design, build, program and perfect the craziest ball-handling module you can imagine! Near the end of week 2 the modules will be connected to transport balls through each module around our never-ending Lego Great Ball Contraption! These STEM skills relate to many practical applications in robotics, computer coding, engineering, movement and material handling. This camp offers a natural pathway into local and national competitions should students desire to pursue robotics in our year-round program. To see some amazing examples of these constantly moving Rube Goldberg style machines in action go to and search for Lego Great Ball Contraption.
