ClassGraphic This is a great, self-paced swimming course for adults looking to improve and maintain their swimming abilities or jump-start a fitness program. It is an opportunity for swimmers interested in developing efficiency, conditioning, endurance, and speed in lap swimming. The course is designed for adults to swim in an organized, relaxed, and fun atmosphere. Coaches are available to help and provide appropriately tailored, fitness-oriented workouts, along with feedback on stroke technique. Minimum Requirement: Ability to swim 25 yards of freestyle with rhythmic breathing.

Notice

Please read:  Advance registration is required. No class on 5/11 - 5/14, 5/18 - 5/21, 5/25, 6/18, and 7/2. Only non-cotton swim attire may be worn. All students must agree to the Release of Liability at the time of registration. Showers and locker rooms will be available during class time only. No refunds will be issued for cancelled swim sessions. This course is subject to cancellation at any time due to low enrollment or college events and activities.
