ClassGraphic This is a great, self-paced swimming class for adults looking to improve and maintain their swimming abilities or jump-start a fitness program. This is an opportunity for swimmers interested in developing efficiency, conditioning, endurance training and speed in lap swimming. It is designed for adults to swim in an organized, relaxed, fun atmosphere. Coaches are there to help and provide an appropriately geared, fitness-oriented workout and stroke-technique feedback. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: 25 yards of freestyle with rhythmic breathing.

Please read:  Advance registration is required. No class on 7/3. Must wear only non-cotton swim attire. All students must agree to the Release of Liability at time of registration. Showers/locker rooms will be available during class time. No refunds will be issued for cancelled swim sessions. This class is subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and college events/activities at any time.
