ClassGraphic This class is designed to teach the fundamental skillsets required for mushroom cultivation. It will take a hands-on approach so that students can fully experience and interact with the processes and equipment necessary for working with fungi. Some of the topics included in this course are laboratory setup and equipment, aseptic procedures, agar and liquid culture production, and substrate management. Whether looking for home and hobby cultivation or scaling up for production, the knowledge and skills acquired will be universally transferable. There is no experience required.
