Designed for beginners, students will learn basic archery techniques in a fun and relaxed environment. Archery is a fun and safe sport for people of all ages and abilities. Archery teaches responsibility, patience, control, focus, breathing and relaxation techniques not only on the range but in all aspects of life. Students can choose to compete against other archers, but ultimately discover they are their own biggest competition. This zero-contact sport is a great alternative for athletes who are not drawn to high-contact activities. Archery students benefit physically by gaining core strength, coordination, muscle memory and mental acuity. The course is taught by certified USA Archery Level 2 Instructors.
